Refund Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you deal with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our customer service to solve this issue. The following general returns policy is applicable to all services and products sold on

1)In general, digital services (health advises, consultation, counselling, diet advises) are not eligible for any kind of refunds if the service is fulfilled with in the assured time period.

Refunds are allowed or processed for following circumstances only with the conditions.

  • Your service requests not yet fulfilled and the max time period of 12-hrs is over after the payment for an order due to issues from our Careayu end.
  • All the orders which are not fulfilled due to our internal issues will be refunded without any requests or initiation from clients.
  • In case of wrong order placed by the client, shall contact the support desk before we process the service request. Also, the client has to bear the refund charges if any by our gateway. This request must be done before 3 hours of scheduled timing of service.
  • Payment disputes must be cleared within 48hrs of the transaction. After 48hrs the requests will not be accepted.

Refunds are not allowed for following:

  • The patient holds the responsibility to ensure his availability over the phone, chat mediums for the consultation. The unavailability of the patient will not be considered as a reason for refunds.

2) In General, Medicines, Natural Supplements which requires physical shipping will be eligible for refunds under following conditions:

  1. Received Wrong Product (Different from billed product).
  2. If there is any kind of quality compromise on the product. (The refunds are approved by our internal team after verifying the details and proofs from the client. The final decisions are taken by our team and we assure you a fair solutions on valid complaints. Ultimately we have the rights to reject invalid claims).
  3. Out of stock after placing the order.
  4. Refunds will be eligible if the order is cancelled before shipping.
  5. Refunds Includes the shipping charges paid by client (if the cause of refund is due to our error).
  6. Returned Items (medicines.supplements) will not be accepted for any refunds.
